By downloading, installing, or using Pickt (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Pickt is a decision-making app that helps groups of people choose places to go by swiping through real nearby locations. The App uses location data and third-party place information to provide its services.
You must create an account to use Pickt. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Pickt offers free and paid subscription tiers. All payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are displayed in the App before purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Places, ratings, photos, and business information displayed in the App come from third-party sources including Google Places. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this information. Business hours, ratings, and availability may change without notice.
The Pickt name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission. User-generated content (such as your display name and avatar selection) remains yours.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which we operate.
